Refund Policy for CEM

At CEM, we strive to deliver a world-class experience through our Advanced CRM and ERP platform enhanced by deeply interconnected AI. Because of the nature of our software-as-a-service (SaaS) and the operational dependencies organizations build on CEM, refunds are carefully structured to ensure fairness and transparency. 1. Free Trial and Evaluation We encourage all new customers to take advantage of the free trial period (if applicable) before subscribing to a paid plan. The trial allows you to evaluate CEM’s AI-powered CRM and ERP features without financial commitment. 2. Subscription Fees All subscription payments are billed in advance (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan). Once processed, subscription fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in this policy. 3. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances: Duplicate Charges – If you were mistakenly billed twice for the same subscription. Technical Failures on Our End – If CEM suffers from critical system downtime or defects that prevent you from accessing core AI-interconnected CRM/ERP functionality for a prolonged period (over 72 consecutive hours), and the issue is solely attributable to our platform. Payment Errors – If an incorrect amount was charged due to a billing system error. 4. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be provided in the following cases: Change of mind after purchase or partial use of the subscription. Failure to use the service or lack of business outcomes from AI recommendations. Cancellations made after renewal — your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing period, but no refund will be issued. Third-party integrations or services outside of CEM’s direct control. 5. Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. You will continue to have access until the end of the period already paid. 6. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original charge. 7. Processing Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or external processors. 8.
